POSITION TITLE:
HR Coordinator
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
F/T; Manage and coordinate workers for different projects and maintain related database and records using quick Books and MS Office; Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to HR; Provide orientation to new workers and prepare necessary y paperwork; Track and prepare contracts, extension and amendments for workers; Assess and resolve labor relations issues; Provide strategic and analytic support on HR issues to the President; Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry HR trends, employment practices and HR regulations.

Job in Springfield, VA(Pyramid Granite, LLC, 7956 Twist Lane, Unit C, Springfield, VA 22153).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management; 2 years of work experience as a Human Resources Coordinator and the experience must include 1 year of using QuickBooks and MS Office including Excel and Access.
